Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join Mythos Media SARL in Casablanca. The role focuses on handling inbound B2B leads, converting them into clients for the Mythos Group, and managing the full lifecycle of each account. You will work closely with logistics and administrative teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound B2B leads assigned to your portfolio.
• Nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate commercial offers and close sales deals.
• Track orders and coordinate with logistics and administrative departments.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Mythos Group’s offerings.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Maintain organized records in email, Salesforce, and shared drives.
• Provide personalized support to ensure customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +2) in Sales Administration, Commercial, After‑Sales Service, or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in import‑export or trading.
• Strong negotiation and customer‑centric approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (clients based in North America).
