Sales Associate – Retail (Talent Pool) – Morocco

About the role

Join adidas as a Sales Associate in the Talent Pool, supporting store sales and profit targets in Agadir. You will inspire customers, deliver excellent service, and help create a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers entering the store and guide them through the shopping experience.
• Maintain awareness of store KPIs and contribute to achieving sales goals.
• Execute the CONNECT‑ENGAGE‑INSPIRE service standards to improve the consumer experience.
• Promote adidas products using seasonal knowledge and communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Utilise digital and omnichannel tools to provide a seamless shopping journey.
• Process merchandise deliveries, replenish fixtures, and ensure full product representation on the sales floor.
• Complete sales transactions accurately while following cash protection procedures.
• Support visual merchandising, housekeeping standards, and loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and contribute to an inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Preferably 1‑2 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment focused on customer service and sales.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning, openness to coaching, and a team‑first mindset.
• Commitment to adidas values of confidence, collaboration, and creativity.
