About the role
The Customer Service Manager is at the core of our global organisation, responsible for the overall performance of a workspace centre. You will operate with full autonomy, managing the centre as if it were your own business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all on‑site operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Address challenges promptly and devise effective solutions.
- Conduct tours for prospective customers and showcase the workspace.
- Upsell services to existing customers to maximise revenue.
- Transform satisfied customers into brand ambassadors for the team and IWG.
Required profile
- Proven experience meeting targets while leading a small, close‑knit team.
- Background in managing flexible workspaces, retail, hospitality or any high‑touch customer environment.
- Mindset of passion, drive, ownership and resilience.
