Sales Development Representative – Lead Generation

About the role

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to turn marketing‑generated interest into qualified sales opportunities across multiple regions. You will act as the first point of contact for leads, support account managers, and ensure a smooth hand‑off from marketing to sales.

Key responsibilities

• Execute campaign follow‑up, contacting webinar attendees, event participants, digital respondents and partner‑driven leads.
• Qualify inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting and generate discovery meetings for regional Account Managers.
• Support country sales teams (UK, DACH, South, France, etc.) by executing sales plays, partner initiatives and mapping target accounts.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking in Salesforce, monitor conversion rates and provide regular pipeline and campaign performance reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, enterprise inside sales, lead generation, enterprise software sales or channel sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional European language (Spanish, Italian, French or German) is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and comfort working across multiple countries and virtual teams.
• Proven experience using CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, to manage leads and pipelines.
