Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to support our Area Marketing Manager in achieving regional business objectives. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base within the heavy machinery sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Area Marketing Manager in meeting regional sales targets.
• Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
• Generate and convert leads while nurturing client relationships.
• Proactively contact clients, assess their needs, and promote our product portfolio.
• Recommend marketing tools to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Conduct market analysis, forecast demand, evaluate competition, and spot growth opportunities.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and keep the client database up to date.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the heavy machinery or construction equipment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid business acumen and the capacity to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Advanced English language proficiency (mandatory).
