Salesforce Developer – Software Engineer

About the role

Teladoc Health is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join its Argentina team. You will design, build, and maintain Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions that support the company’s virtual‑care platform, ensuring smooth lead processing, order management, and case resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and support Salesforce workflows for lead intake, qualification, routing, and pipeline progression.
• Manage implementation order processes from Closed‑Won through fulfillment, using automation, validations, and custom objects.
• Configure and enhance Service Cloud features such as queues, assignment rules, milestones, and entitlements.
• Develop custom functionality with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Write unit tests for Apex and regression scripts for Lightning components.
• Lead data‑quality initiatives, including deduplication and validation rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with marketing automation, CPQ, ticketing, and other third‑party tools.
• Maintain sandbox environments, change sets, and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor Service Cloud KPIs, SLA compliance, and continuous‑improvement metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Understanding of sales and support organization needs.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
