About the role
We are seeking a Security Technical Pre‑Sales Engineer to join Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions team in Morocco. In this role you will support the sales organisation by providing deep technical expertise on security solutions, helping partners and end‑users design, evaluate and implement robust protection across their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with vendors, business partners and end‑users to identify security opportunities based on requirements.
- Provide product knowledge, solution selection, proof‑of‑concept execution, configuration, sizing and service recommendations.
- Design and optimise security architecture and system configurations.
- Conduct technical workshops, enablement sessions, product demos and hands‑on training.
- Assist sales teams with technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses and solution presentations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and vendor certifications.
Required profile
- Engineer or five‑year degree with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in cybersecurity technologies and network security.
- Fluent in English and French.
Required skills
- Endpoint Security, EDR, XDR, NDR, Email Security, DLP, IAM, Zero Trust, Cloud Security.
- Routing, Switching, VPN, SD‑WAN, Wireless Networking, IPS/IDS, SIEM, SOAR, ZTNA, WAF, CASB, SASE, Secure Web Gateway, NGFW.
- Cloud‑native security: CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, cloud workload protection.
- Experience with virtualization, Windows and Linux, and public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
