Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Solutions Architect & Integration Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to take technical ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Health Cloud and complex integrations. The role blends solution architecture, custom development, API design, and user‑interface creation to deliver scalable, secure healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and redesign the existing Salesforce and Health Cloud environment for scalability.
• Configure objects, workflows, permissions, automation, and reporting; develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flow.
• Build intuitive Experience Cloud portals and responsive, bilingual‑ready interfaces using modern front‑end frameworks such as Next.js or React.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure REST and SOAP integrations with payment, scheduling, communication, analytics, and authentication platforms (e.g., Stripe, Microsoft 365, Google services).
• Manage data synchronization, error handling, monitoring, and integration logging; evaluate third‑party apps versus custom development.
• Configure Health Cloud data models, care‑journey workflows, and role‑based access controls while ensuring privacy‑by‑design and security‑by‑design principles.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions, especially Health Cloud.
• Strong background in API integration, middleware, and event‑driven architectures.
• Ability to translate clinical and operational requirements into technical designs.
