Shipping & Logistic Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Shipping & Logistic Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics for our lingerie and textile manufacturing business. The role ensures smooth inbound and outbound flows, compliance with Moroccan customs regulations, and timely delivery to both local and international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound logistics of raw materials, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders and clearing agents.
• Oversee outbound customs clearance and dispatch of finished garments under various Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP).
• Ensure full compliance with Morocco Customs ATPA program and maintain accurate electronic submissions via BADR and Portnet.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse space, and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Lead and develop logistics coordinators, warehouse supervisors and dispatch teams, setting KPIs and driving performance.
• Coordinate with PMC, Purchasing, Production, Finance and Compliance teams, as well as overseas partners.
• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Orli) to provide real‑time visibility of shipments and generate reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain within the textile, garment or lingerie manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both inbound and outbound logistics in an export‑focused environment.
• Leadership experience managing logistics teams and external service providers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
