Social Media Marketing Intern

About the role

We are looking for a creative and versatile marketing intern to support our digital agency’s growth in the real‑estate sector. You will work closely with the team to generate engaging content, manage social channels and help attract new property listings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and expand a portfolio of residential, short‑term rental and premium properties.
• Create visual assets using Canva for listings, social media, brochures and commercial materials.
• Write compelling property advertisements for portals, social networks and the company website.
• Produce SEO‑optimized blog articles on real‑estate, concierge services and lifestyle topics.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and best‑practice marketing strategies.
• Plan, schedule and animate social media communities.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense and proficiency in design tools.
• Excellent writing skills in French and English.
• Proactive attitude toward prospecting and client contact.
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media and digital marketing.
