About the role
We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking IT Support Agent to join our cybersecurity team in Casablanca. You will provide first‑level technical assistance, handling calls, remote sessions and electronic requests while ensuring high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to electronic support tickets in Spanish.
- Deliver remote assistance and perform instructed system clean‑ups.
- Resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible, using training and documentation.
- Record incidents accurately in the ticketing database.
- Stay updated with evolving support procedures and maintain a positive attitude.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in a technical support or help‑desk role.
- Fluent Spanish with excellent communication skills.
- Strong listening, service orientation and proactive work ethic.
Required skills
- Cybersecurity fundamentals.
- IT support and remote troubleshooting.
