Specialist Test Technology

About the role

LEONI, a global supplier of energy and data management solutions for the automotive industry, is looking for a Specialist Test Technology to support the development and validation of test equipment, tools and processes at its Bouskoura site. The role involves creating work instructions, developing test sequences and programs, and ensuring reliable test operations during product changes.

Key responsibilities

• Create and review local work instructions for test technology.
• Support development of test equipment and tools, including design of test modules and specific processes.
• Conduct technical error analyses for customer claims and complaints.
• Identify root causes of process disturbances and propose solutions.
• Develop test sequences and programs for building test tables, test boards, and vision tests.
• Install and validate test equipment and adapt test programs during product changes (Change Management & Project Management).
• Ensure test programs and parameters are correctly set up and backed up.
• Provide feedback to Production Technology on test module functionality and design, and share lessons learned within the Production Management network.
