Store Manager – Retail

About the role

The Store Manager will lead daily operations of a MIEVIC retail outlet in Morocco, ensuring smooth store performance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of commercial targets. This role combines operational oversight, team leadership, and coordination with central logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities, including operations, stock management, cash handling, and security.
• Motivate, coach, and manage the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure commercial objectives are met and monitor performance indicators such as sales, margin, and stock-out rates.
• Coordinate with the central warehouse and Supply Chain department for inventory replenishment.
• Maintain MIEVIC standards in merchandising, customer service, and internal procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff.
• Report regularly to senior management on store performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/5) in Commerce, Management, Distribution or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar store management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a results‑driven mindset.
• Commercial acumen and ability to meet sales targets.
