Swim Instructor for Toddler – Patient, Child‑Centred Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate swim instructor to work one‑on‑one with our toddler in a calm, supportive environment. The role focuses on building water confidence, safety awareness, and a natural love for swimming through gentle, child‑led lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized swim sessions tailored to the child’s personality, pace, and comfort level.
• Create a trusting, positive atmosphere that encourages exploration and enjoyment of water.
• Monitor the child’s progress and adjust activities to ensure safety and confidence.
• Use play, communication, and interactive techniques instead of pressure or rigid methods.
• Teach age‑appropriate water safety and basic swimming techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching toddlers or very young children in an aquatic setting.
• Patient, observant, and emotionally intelligent with strong communication skills.
• Gentle, respectful, and calm demeanor that fosters trust.
• Ability to adapt lessons based on the child’s needs and comfort.
