Trainer (Formateur) – Automotive Technical Training

About the role

The company is looking for a Trainer (Formateur) to lead technical training programmes for automotive professionals. You will design, deliver and assess both theoretical and hands‑on sessions, ensuring that trainees acquire up‑to‑date knowledge on vehicle electrification, diagnostics and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, organise and continuously update training materials, including courses, workshops, technical guides and assessments.
• Plan and deliver training sessions aligned with defined learning objectives.
• Conduct technological watch to integrate the latest automotive innovations.
• Provide clear, interactive theoretical lessons and supervise practical workshop activities.
• Adapt teaching methods to the learners’ levels and needs, offering individual coaching and support.
• Ensure strict compliance with workshop safety rules and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Design and administer written tests, practical evaluations and observations, then prepare pedagogical reports on trainee progress.

Required profile

• Bac+2 technical diploma (e.g., Electronics) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated training skills and ability to adapt teaching methods.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
