Tech Lead / Lead Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Lead Developer to shape the architecture of our SaaS product across backend, frontend and mobile platforms. You will act as the primary technical reference for the team, bridging the gap between the CTO and developers while driving high‑quality code delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and define overall code architecture for backend, frontend and mobile (React Native) components.
• Write, review and set coding standards, leading by example.
• Make and own technical decisions on architecture patterns, technology choices and standards.
• Lead and coordinate the full engineering team (backend, frontend, mobile, QA) on a daily basis.
• Break down product features into tasks, assign them and monitor progress.
• Identify blockers early and help the team move forward.
• Serve as the communication bridge between the CTO and the development team.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 education; leadership track record is essential.
• 4+ years of software development experience, preferably full‑stack.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a development team.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools such as Jira or Linear.
