Vehicle Validation & Coordination Engineer

About the role

Join Stellantis as a Vehicle Validation and Coordination Engineer, supporting the Electrical/Electronic Architecture Validation and Integration mission. You will work closely with validation engineers to ensure the reliability and performance of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and upgrade test resources, including software downloads, telecoding, and hardware replacements.
• Assist validation engineers in analyzing and troubleshooting electrical and electronic faults.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables such as test reports and fault‑robustness documentation.
• Lead defect review meetings and drive corrective actions.
• Implement test methodologies and maintain associated tools.
• Design and debug PIV HIL test benches, defining specifications and additional requirements.
• Contribute to performance objectives, including maturity KPIs and OTD/FTR metrics.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in embedded electronics, system integration, and validation.
• Knowledge of vehicle EE architectures and validation constraints.
• Fluent in French and English.
