Vendeur(se) Assurance Auto & Habitation – CDI – Rabat

About the role

ADM Value, a subsidiary of the TESSI group, is launching a large‑scale call‑center operation in Rabat. We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to promote auto and home insurance products on a permanent (CDI) basis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs regarding vehicle usage, coverage preferences and budget.
• Present and advise customers on suitable auto‑insurance solutions.
• Handle objections professionally and guide the client through the subscription process.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for home‑insurance when appropriate.
• Build trust throughout the interaction and achieve sales targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• Junior level (1‑3 years) experience in sales or tele‑selling; insurance background is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent, clear and reassuring spoken French.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong listening and reformulation abilities.
• Persistence, dynamism and a natural closing attitude.
• Ability to argue, manage objections and work with CRM tools.

Required skills

• Comfortable using standard computer applications and CRM software.
