Vulnerability Management Analyst

About the role

The Vulnerability Management Analyst will lead vulnerability and compliance scanning activities across AXA's network and infrastructure, using Qualys Guard and related tools. The role requires close collaboration with server and network administrators to ensure timely remediation of identified risks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and schedule compliance and vulnerability scans on AXA network and infrastructure using Qualys Guard.
• Generate and deliver scan reports to server admins, network administrators and other stakeholders to drive remediation.
• Integrate and manage assets within Qualys modules and maintain executive dashboards on security risks.
• Provide regular analysis of common vulnerabilities, compliance issues and remediation progress.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+5 in Networks and Security or equivalent engineering degree.
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years using vulnerability management tools.
• Strong work ethics, discretion and ability to pass a background check.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Qualys Guard (certification a plus).
• Familiarity with other vulnerability tools such as Kenna, Nexpose or Tenable.
• Scripting in PowerShell and Python.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, PKI, SIEM, SOC and AD security.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
