About the role

Exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at TCH Marrakech Medina, part of the Spanish hostel chain The Central House. The hostel is located in the heart of Marrakech and serves as a hub for travelers seeking cultural immersion.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare work areas and restock the bar for service.
• Take orders and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner across the bar, restaurant and terrace.
• Process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas throughout the shift.
• Assist in event preparation and setup.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in waitering or similar hospitality role.
• Basic knowledge of customer service and beverage preparation.
• Intermediate level of English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Motivated, team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Friendly and proactive attitude.
• Committed to work and able to handle pressure during busy periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Required skills

• Revo (or similar F&B POS system) operation.
• General POS system usage.
