Warehouse Operator

About the role

The Warehouse Operator supports daily warehouse activities at Bayer's Casablanca facility, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to meet operational targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damages, verify paperwork, and process outgoing orders.
• Pick, pack, and label merchandise for customer dispatch.
• Conduct routine stock counts, use hand‑held scanners, and rotate inventory to keep the warehouse organized.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts.
• Maintain a clean, hazard‑free workspace and follow all health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Valid forklift licence.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
