About the role
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and issues in both French and English. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and emails, providing accurate information on products, pricing, and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests and follow‑up on open cases.
- Perform data entry across multiple platforms to maintain up‑to‑date records.
Required profile
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
- Relevant work experience is a plus.
