About the role

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and issues in both French and English. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Answer customer calls and emails, providing accurate information on products, pricing, and availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests and follow‑up on open cases.
Perform data entry across multiple platforms to maintain up‑to‑date records.

Required profile

Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
Relevant work experience is a plus.
