Business Development Associate (Inside Sales – Spanish)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Business Development Associate to manage renewal opportunities for its partner network. The role focuses on driving renewal revenue, supporting partners with pricing and documentation, and identifying upsell potential while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities following a 120‑day renewal cadence.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure visibility of renewal timelines and requirements.
• Identify early churn signals, budget issues, or dissatisfaction and escalate appropriately.
• Provide partners with quotes, pricing details, product clarification, and renewal documentation.
• Achieve quarterly and annual renewal rate targets and drive upsell or multi‑year deals when applicable.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and daily updates in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Resolve pricing, product, SLA, or billing questions and execute renewal, win‑back, and retention campaigns.

Required profile

• Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Service within the tech/SaaS/IT industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value to partners and end users.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing a large renewal pipeline in a fast‑paced, partner‑led environment.
