Inside Sales Associate (Italian Speaker)

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Italian‑speaking Inside Sales Associate to support and grow relationships with key data‑center customers. You will manage the full sales cycle, from quoting to delivery, while collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and field sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of data‑center customers through daily phone and email contact.
• Prepare and process complex quotes for servers, storage, and networking solutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and align solutions to customer needs.
• Collaborate with field sales, product specialists, and supplier contacts to deliver value‑added services.
• Track orders, manage backlogs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and report on account activity.
• Act as post‑sales point of contact to resolve delivery or service concerns.

Required profile

• Enjoys building relationships and has a good technical understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Passionate about customer service and sales excellence.
• Fluent in Italian (spoken and written); basic to intermediate English is a plus.
• Previous inside‑sales, sales‑support, or customer‑service experience, preferably in IT/technology distribution.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Fluency in Italian.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with data‑center technologies such as servers, storage, and virtualization.
