Business Development Manager – Industrial Projects (Freelance)

About the role

Beck & Pollitzer is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow its industrial projects and services business in Morocco on a freelance basis. You will act as the local partner, leveraging your knowledge of the Moroccan industrial landscape to identify and secure new opportunities before they reach the tender stage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand Beck & Pollitzer’s presence across Morocco.
• Identify upcoming industrial investment projects such as factory expansions, new production lines, machine installations, relocations, shutdowns, and maintenance contracts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with plant managers, engineering managers, maintenance directors, operations heads, project managers and procurement teams.
• Qualify opportunities and coordinate with internal engineering teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Participate in negotiations, represent the company at customer meetings, site visits and industry exhibitions.
• Monitor market trends, new factories and expansion projects throughout the country.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development or technical sales experience in industrial services, engineering projects or related technical solutions.
• Proven network and relationships within manufacturing companies in Morocco.
• Deep understanding of how industrial investment projects are initiated, evaluated and awarded.
• Experience in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, food & beverage, logistics automation, heavy industry or pharmaceuticals is highly valued.
