Business Modeler / Business Analyst

About the role

As a Business Modeler within Orange Business, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the modeling of telecom offers in the Quote‑to‑Bill ecosystem. You will work closely with product marketing, sales, operational teams and digital technology groups to ensure offers comply with TMF/ODA standards and internal best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee adherence to deadlines and commitments defined in the Business Roadmap.
• Define and implement appropriate modeling for new and existing offers in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Organise and lead meetings to collect, clarify and analyse update requests for offer modeling.
• Translate update requests into functional specifications and support testing and deployment of new modeling versions.
• Ensure modeling aligns with TMF/ODA standards and best practices.
• Assist in incident resolution and participate in cross‑functional projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Business Modeler team’s processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in telecommunications, computer science, engineering, business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Project Manager.
• Strong experience with Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and attention to detail.
