Business Modeler / Business Analyst

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a Business Modeler to design and maintain offer models within its Quote‑to‑Bill ecosystem. You will work across product marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure offers comply with TMF/ODA standards and internal best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement modeling for new and existing offers in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Gather, analyse, and translate update requests into functional specifications.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and validation of modeling releases.
• Ensure modeling aligns with TMF/ODA recommendations and corporate standards.
• Support incident resolution and contribute to cross‑functional projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Business Modeler team’s processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in telecommunications, computer science, engineering, business or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Project Manager.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain attention to detail.

Required skills

• Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Catalog management tools.
• Quote‑to‑Bill tools such as Abacus, Enov, Castor, GRP, Evolve.
• Modeling/configuring tools for contract management, catalog, quotation, ordering, delivery (e.g., Congas, CSG, Ciena Blue Planet).
• SAFe (Agilist, LPM) and Scrum Master certifications (desired).
