About the role
The Bank is looking for a proactive Account Manager to join its Taounate branch. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a courteous and professional experience while handling daily banking operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients courteously and professionally at the agency.
- Ensure speed, accuracy and reliability of all teller and back‑office transactions.
- Provide precise and reliable information in response to client inquiries.
- Contribute to high‑quality customer service through attentive reception.
- Drive effective commercial actions while processing operations.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with banking transactions.
Required profile
- Minimum education: BAC+3 (Bachelor’s degree).
- Strong customer orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Rigorous, organized and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to build close relationships with clients.
