About the role

Konipa, a leading importer and distributor of automotive spare parts in Morocco, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative. You will be based in Casablanca and will travel across the country to develop and manage a portfolio of professional customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and retain a portfolio of professional clients such as resellers, garages and fleet operators.
  • Prospect new customers in Casablanca and throughout Morocco.
  • Present Konipa’s product ranges and private‑label brands (GSP, Rodeo, TVR, Amortiplus, etc.).
  • Negotiate terms, process orders and follow up on deliveries.
  • Provide regular activity reporting to management.

Required profile

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive parts sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a passion for field work.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across regions.
  • Valid driving licence (category B).
  • Fluent in Arabic and French.
