Customer Service Sales Engineer

About the role

Bühler Group in Casablanca, Morocco, is looking for a Customer Service Sales Engineer to grow its after-sales business (spare parts, service agreements, retrofits and upgrades) with milling and food-processing customers in North Africa. You will also develop the customer base, implement the business strategy and help achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote spare parts, retrofits and service solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate orders with customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.
• Update CRM data, coordinate with internal teams and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process or Agri-Food Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical sales or service in milling, grain processing or food-processing equipment.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization.
