About the role

We are looking for a Dutch or Flemish speaking Customer Support Agent to join our travel‑industry team in Tangier, Morocco. You will interact with customers in Dutch/Flemish and English, providing friendly assistance and solutions over the phone.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries in Dutch/Flemish and English.
Provide accurate information about travel products and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a pleasant telephone demeanor and build strong relationships with callers.
Document interactions and follow up on open cases.

Required profile

Fluent in Dutch or Flemish and English.
Quick learner with the ability to multitask and react swiftly.
Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude.
Enjoys healthy competition and aims for high performance.
