About the role
We are looking for a Dutch or Flemish speaking Customer Support Agent to join our travel‑industry team in Tangier, Morocco. You will interact with customers in Dutch/Flemish and English, providing friendly assistance and solutions over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries in Dutch/Flemish and English.
- Provide accurate information about travel products and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a pleasant telephone demeanor and build strong relationships with callers.
- Document interactions and follow up on open cases.
Required profile
- Fluent in Dutch or Flemish and English.
- Quick learner with the ability to multitask and react swiftly.
- Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude.
- Enjoys healthy competition and aims for high performance.
