Dutch-Speaking Inbound Customer Service Agent – Remote

About the role

We are seeking Dutch‑speaking inbound customer service agents to join our remote team in Morocco. You will be the first point of contact for Dutch‑speaking shoppers, handling calls, emails and chats to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and written inquiries (email/chat) in Dutch.
• Manage orders, process returns and handle general customer questions.
• Provide product information and shopping advice.
• Accurately document each interaction in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with your team and Team Lead.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably e‑commerce or contact‑center environment.
• Native‑level Dutch (written and spoken).
• Good English for internal communication and training.
• Self‑motivated and disciplined for independent remote work.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Comfortable using CRM tools and digital systems.
