About the role
Foundever is looking for English‑speaking sales representatives to join its call‑center team in Fes. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls on behalf of a leading Canadian entertainment brand, delivering excellent customer service while promoting products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
- Present, promote and enhance the brand’s image, products and services.
- Learn and communicate procedures, product details, sales terms and legal obligations.
- Follow company policies on security and confidentiality.
Required profile
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong interpersonal communication and empathy.
- Customer‑oriented attitude with active listening.
- Sales‑driven mindset.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
