English‑Speaking Sales Representative (Call Center)

About the role

Foundever is looking for English‑speaking sales representatives to join its call‑center team in Fes. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls on behalf of a leading Canadian entertainment brand, delivering excellent customer service while promoting products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
• Present, promote and enhance the brand’s image, products and services.
• Learn and communicate procedures, product details, sales terms and legal obligations.
• Follow company policies on security and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English.
• Strong interpersonal communication and empathy.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with active listening.
• Sales‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
