Fleet Butler Experience Manager

About the role

The Fleet Butler Experience Manager will lead the delivery of premium Butler services across a fleet of luxury vessels. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on training to ensure a consistently high‑standard, personalized guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate and advance Butler service standards fleet‑wide.
• Drive consistency in refined, intuitive, and highly personalized service delivery.
• Strengthen the professional identity, confidence, and capability of Butler teams.
• Ensure consistent delivery of anticipatory, professional service.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to individuals and teams.
• Deliver workshops, onboarding support, masterclasses, and service refresh sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of front‑of‑house managerial or operational experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star luxury hotel, cruise line or related hospitality field.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the fleet and self‑manage workload and productivity.
• Proven experience conducting training sessions for individuals and large groups.
• Flexibility to manage, focus, direct and encourage a dynamic, diverse housekeeping operation.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written) for effective communication with guests and crew.
