Fleet Butler Experience Manager

About the role

The Fleet Butler Experience Manager is responsible for elevating Butler service standards across an entire fleet of luxury vessels. This role combines operational leadership, training, and continuous improvement to ensure guests receive highly personalized, anticipatory service.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate and advance Butler service standards fleet‑wide.
• Drive consistency in refined, intuitive, and personalized service delivery.
• Strengthen the professional identity, confidence, and capability of Butler teams.
• Ensure consistent delivery of anticipatory, professional service to guests and crew.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to individuals and teams.
• Design and deliver workshops, onboarding sessions, masterclasses, and service refresh trainings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of front‑of‑house managerial or operational experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star luxury hotel, cruise line, or related hospitality field.
• Ability to travel extensively across the fleet and self‑manage workload and productivity.
• Proven experience conducting training sessions for both one‑on‑ones and large groups.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, diverse housekeeping environment.
• Excellent fluent English – both verbal and written – with strong communication skills.
