About the role
Join TELUS Digital Bulgaria as a German‑speaking Customer Experience (CX) Specialist. You will provide multilingual support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service in German and English.
- Identify and assess customer needs.
- Handle general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Contribute to achieving excellent customer experience and satisfaction metrics.
Required profile
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- No prior experience in a similar role required.
