HR Intern – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

About the role

COBCO, a fast‑growing player in the battery materials industry, is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join its Talent Acquisition team in Jorf Lasfar. This three‑month paid internship offers hands‑on experience across the full recruitment cycle and exposure to HR processes in an industrial setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
• Support interview coordination and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Contribute to recruitment and assessment activities, including test administration.
• Help with onboarding procedures and routine HR administrative tasks.
• Participate in talent‑acquisition initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Lead a small HR project that adds tangible value to the organization.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Business School background preferred).
• Strong communication abilities and a fast‑learning mindset.
• Fluent English (working language) and good command of French.
• No prior professional experience required; previous internships are a plus.
• Adaptable, motivated and eager to grow in a structured, demanding environment.
