Human Resources Manager

About the role

JGulf Group, a Kuwait‑based group operating in travel, tourism, hospitality technology and real estate, is expanding its Casablanca office. We are seeking an HR Manager to lead recruitment and oversee daily HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment cycle: workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, CV screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for technical and non‑technical roles, including software engineers.
• Collaborate with department managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
• Manage employee records, contracts and HR documentation in compliance with Moroccan labor law.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs and coordinate with finance.
• Support performance reviews, probation assessments and employee relations.
• Apply existing HR policies, help develop new ones as the office grows, and prepare regular HR and recruitment reports for management in Kuwait.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with hands‑on recruitment.
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple roles, ideally including technical positions.
• Good knowledge of Moroccan labor law and HR practices.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage several hiring processes simultaneously.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
