Industrial Site Manager – Morocco

About the role

Beck & Pollitzer is seeking an experienced Industrial Site Manager to lead installation and machinery relocation projects across Morocco. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise industrial installation, machinery relocation, and commissioning on customer sites.
• Organise daily site operations, manage resources, equipment, tooling and materials.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and subcontractor teams to meet project schedules.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates and site documentation.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and subcontractors, attending site meetings and preparing minutes.
• Promote health & safety culture, conduct inductions, toolbox talks and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor quality standards, manage punch lists, non‑conformities and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial installation and machinery relocation projects.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality management.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and resolve site challenges proactively.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with customers and subcontractors.
