About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of Arrow Electronics Group, is looking for an Inside Sales Associate fluent in English and French to support its sales activities in Casablanca.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain sales records, update CRM data and generate sales reports.
- Offer customers information on products and services and assess their needs to propose adapted solutions.
- Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate products or services, answer questions and address objections.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2) with excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
