Inside Sales Associate – France Market

About the role

The Inside Sales Associate will support a portfolio of valued customers, primarily via telephone, to locate and secure the right products or services for their specific needs. Working closely with Field Sales Representatives, supplier partners, engineers and other internal Arrow resources, the role aims to expand market share and grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Quote Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure registered pricing is reflected in all quotes.
• Proactively manage an assigned account portfolio, including tracking shipments, maintaining orders, managing backlog, expediting orders and troubleshooting.
• Identify new sales opportunities by working with buyers and engineers, providing quotes, technical support and data sheets, and placing purchase orders.
• Provide after‑sales service to ensure timely product delivery to customer locations.
• Coordinate with internal corporate resource groups to ensure customer satisfaction and understand the Distributor Total Available Market (DTAM).
• Collaborate with colleagues across Arrow, influencing multiple levels of an organization and participating in a sales compensation plan tied to specific goals.

Required profile

• Typically requires a 2‑year degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, or a high‑school graduate with equivalent experience; specific certifications may be required.
• Demonstrates specialized, multi‑skill capabilities, works under moderate supervision and can act as an informal resource for less‑experienced colleagues.
