Inside Sales Associate – Italian Speaking

About the role

As an Inside Sales Associate (Italian Speaking) you will support a portfolio of key Italian‑speaking customers, delivering accurate quotes, product availability information and exceptional service. You will work closely with Arrow’s Cloud and Data Center division and collaborate with leading technology brands such as NetApp, Veeam, Quantum and VMware to provide best‑in‑class solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations and ensure correct pricing is applied.
• Manage customer portfolio through proactive communication, order management and account maintenance.
• Support the sales process together with field sales representatives, supplier partners, engineers and internal Arrow teams.
• Provide after‑sales service, handling post‑order queries such as shipping tracking, backlog and troubleshooting.
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to growth through upselling, technical advice and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and account performance.
• Participate in a structured compensation plan with performance‑based earnings.

Required profile

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Basic to intermediate English – strong plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, quoting or inside sales, preferably in technology or distribution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures and manage multiple tasks.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with quoting tools.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
