Inside Sales Associate – Italian Speaking

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Associate who speaks Italian to support a portfolio of key Italian‑speaking customers. You will work closely with the Cloud and Data Center division, providing accurate quotes, product availability information, and exceptional service to help customers adopt best‑in‑class technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations and ensure correct application of registered pricing.
• Manage a customer portfolio through proactive communication, order management, and account maintenance.
• Support the sales process in collaboration with field sales representatives, supplier partners, engineers, and internal Arrow teams.
• Provide after‑sales service, handling post‑order queries such as shipping tracking, backlog issues, and troubleshooting.
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to growth through upselling, technical advice, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and account performance.
• Participate in a structured compensation plan with performance‑based earnings.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Italian is a strong plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, quoting, or inside sales, preferably in technology or distribution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and manage multiple tasks.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with quoting tools.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
