Inside Sales Representative – Cloud & SaaS (English speaker)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking an English‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to generate new business pipeline for its cloud and SaaS portfolio. This role focuses on proactive outbound prospecting rather than reactive lead qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage target accounts through email, LinkedIn and phone outreach.
• Run consultative discovery conversations with partners and end‑customers.
• Create and qualify opportunities for the field sales team.
• Execute account‑based prospecting strategies and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified deals.
• Collaborate with multi‑vendor, multi‑cloud environments to position Arrow’s solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, SDR or inside sales within SaaS, cloud or IT.
• Strong prospecting skills with a commercial mindset focused on pipeline and outcomes.
• Fluent English communication.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
