About the role
Join Paysera’s fast‑growing team as a Junior Customer Support Specialist, providing bilingual assistance to e‑commerce and financial services clients worldwide. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers solve issues and ensuring a positive experience with our AI‑enhanced platform.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels in Spanish, Arabic and English.
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve complex problems.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company’s CRM system.
- Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to streamline routine tasks and improve productivity.
Required profile
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, Arabic and English.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer‑service environment.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
Required skills
- ChatGPT (or comparable AI assistant) usage.
- CRM software proficiency.
What we offer
- Rotational 8‑hour shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM, five days a week, with one weekend per month.
- Competitive gross salary of 7,000‑9,000 MAD including bonuses.
