About the role
Ciments du Maroc is hiring a Logistics Performance & Data Analyst for its Logistics Department in Casablanca. The role suits someone passionate about data analysis, performance management and continuous improvement, who turns data into actionable insights to drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor dashboards and KPIs.
- Analyse logistics performance and transport costs.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts and variances.
- Support S&OP processes and logistics planning.
- Contribute to digitalisation and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
Required profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is an asset.
