LOTO Supervisor – Casablanca

About the role

Acciona is seeking a Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Supervisor for its water infrastructure project in Casablanca. The role ensures that all industrial machinery and equipment are safely shut down, isolated, and secured before any construction, commissioning, or maintenance work takes place, aiming for zero accidents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and document LOTO procedures for all plant equipment such as pumps, motors, and valves.
• Supervise the availability and condition of locks, tags, hasps, and lockout stations.
• Conduct regular field inspections to verify proper implementation of lockout procedures.
• Identify and control all energy sources (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical) before personnel intervene.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Education in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in industrial, mining, or energy environments, leading safety programs.
• Specific training in LOTO procedures is mandatory.
